Nel campo, al centro, monumeno funebre ornato da bassorilievo raffigurante la morte del generale Desaix; in centro del cippo, a s., bastone di Esculapio; al centro, bastone del comando con sopra civetta(?) ed a d., specchio con serpente attorcigliato; nel campo, in basso, sopra il taglio dell'esergo, a s.: BRENET F. ed a d.: DENON D. All'esergo: I ERE. PIERRE POSÉE PAR / L'EMPEREUR LE XXIV / PRAIRI. AN XIII. Contorno a piatto e gola.
